For more than 25 years, Gretchen been dedicated to serving the foodservice industry by helping customers find the right commercial kitchen equipment and supplies for their unique needs. Throughout her career, she has built lasting relationships by supporting customers before, during, and long after the sale. Whether it’s a casino, hospital, school, nursing home, restaurant, or any business with a commercial kitchen, Gretchen strives to be a trusted resource they can depend on.
Gretchen enjoys working for a locally owned business because it gives her the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships within our own community. She believes that great service is built on trust, reliability, and personal connections. Working hard to earn customers’ confidence establishes lasting relationships, often making her their first call whenever they need foodservice equipment or supplies.
Gretchen strongly believes in giving back to the businesses that support her and Southern Hospitality Supply by dining, shopping, and doing business with their customers whenever possible. It is especially rewarding to support the same people and businesses who place their trust in her and to be part of the community in a more personal way beyond a professional role. Her favorite part of her job is seeing her customers succeed and thrive, watching their vision and dreams become a reality.
Gretchen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Business. These degrees provide a strong foundation for serving customers and understanding their businesses' operational needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my family and friends, and making the most of the summer by relaxing and enjoying time by the pool.
